Renewal cards will be issued 60 days prior to the expiration date of the original card. The new card is mailed to the address listed in the cardholder profile under Shipping Address. The card should arrive at the shipping address on file several weeks prior to the current card’s expiration date. Once received, the new card must be activated. For more information on how to activate the card, see “How to Activate a Replacement Card.” Activating the new card will automatically close the current card, so please wait until the new card arrives to activate it. If the replacement card has not been received within a month of the expiration date, please Contact Administrator Support for assistance. Once a card has expired, it is no longer possible to process a replacement and a new card order must instead be placed on the administrator dashboard.
