What is Auto-Switch?

It’s a service that connects your PEX vendor cards directly to your vendor accounts. Instead of manually updating card details on each vendor’s website, you can automatically switch cards through the PEX dashboard using secure authentication with the vendor platform. Key benefits:
  • Eliminate manual card updates on vendor websites
  • Reduce payment failures due to outdated card information
  • Save time when issuing new cards or replacing expired cards
  • Maintain uninterrupted service with your vendors

Supported vendors

Sunlight currently supports over 190 popular vendors, including:
  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft 365
  • Slack
  • Zoom
  • QuickBooks
  • Adobe
  • And many more
To see the complete list of supported vendors, look for the vendor logos when creating a vendor card in the PEX dashboard.

  • Active: The card has been successfully updated on the vendor’s platform
  • Failed: The connection attempt was unsuccessful (you may need to retry or contact support)

Important considerations

Security: Auto-switch uses bank-level encryption and secure authentication protocols. Your credentials are never stored by PEX or Sunlight after the initial authentication.
