All holidays landing on a Saturday will be observed on the previous Friday.
All holidays landing on a Sunday will be observed on the preceeding Monday.

Where Can I Find a List of Federal Holidays?
PEX will alert you by notification on the Administrator’s Site with a banner when there is a Federal Holiday, and account funding cannot occur because the banks are closed. All transfers will require an additional day to complete.
