Note:Only the Administrator who scheduled a PEX ACH Transfer can cancel it. No other administrator will be able to cancel that ACH transfer.
How to Cancel a PEX ACH Transfer:
Log in to dashboard.pexcard.com
Click the “X” icon next to the scheduled transfer
- If the “X” icon is not available, then either the ACH transfer is being processed and it is too late to cancel the transaction, or the transfer was created by another administrator
- If the administrator who created the transfer is unable to cancel the transfer due to too much time elapsing from when it was initiated on the PEX dashboard, the administrator should contact their bank directly to verify if it is possible to cancel the ACH on their end.
