If your Administrator is shipping your card to you by Priority Delivery, Expedited Delivery or Rush Delivery, you should ask your Administrator if you have questions about the delivery status of your card. Your Administrator will have the shipment tracking number and can see the address where the shipment was shipped to. PEX cards are sent in plain white envelopes, with the business name if no ATTN was included, the cardholder name, and delivery address showing in the address window.  For security reasons, there is no reference to PEX on the envelopes.  Standard Delivery
  • Standard Delivery is sent First Class Mail
  • Cards arrive approximately 10-15 business days after your Administrator places the card order
  • Card delivery estimates do not include the day the card was ordered
  • Tracking is not included
Priority Delivery
  • Please leave delivery instructions for the driver to avoid missed deliveries and return of the card to PEX
  • Cards arrive approximately 4-8 business days after your Administrator places the card order
  • Card delivery estimates do not include the day the card was ordered
  • Tracking is included
  • Missed the delivery? Utilizing your tracking number, please proceed to contact the shipping company directly to reschedule
Expedited Delivery
  • Please leave delivery instructions for the driver to avoid missed deliveries and return of the card to PEX
  • Cards arrive approximately 5 business days after your Administrator places the card order
  • Tracking becomes available the morning of the day the package is expected to be delivered
  • Card delivery estimates do not include the day the card was ordered
  • Tracking is included
  • Missed the delivery? Utilizing your tracking number, please proceed to contact the shipping company directly to reschedule
Rush Delivery
  • Please leave delivery instructions for the driver to avoid missed deliveries and return of the card to PEX
  • Cards arrive approximately 4 business days after your Administrator places the card order
  • Tracking becomes available the morning of the day the package is expected to be delivered
  • Card delivery estimates do not include the day the card was ordered
