- Activate your card: Change the status from Inactive to Active status in the PEX platform. If your card is purple, you can activate your card by following the instructions in the cardholder guide that shipped with your card. For all other cards, only a business administrator can activate your card. Please contact your business administrator directly.
- Fund your card: Transfer funds to your card from a bank account your business has set up.
Note:The PEX card does not support “card loads”, such as direct deposits and cash deposits, nor does it support transferring funds to a personal bank account. It also cannot be used to access cash at ATMs, point-of-purchase for cashback, etc.
