How to Download Monthly Statements from the Cardholder Site

Log in to the Cardholder Site

Click on the “Statements” tab

Select the date range for the statement you want to see:
  • Statements with a PDF icon in strong color are available for immediate download
  • Statements with a faded PDF icon may take a few minutes to become available
Note:The PEX system produces the statements in PDF format. You should be able to view the PDF in most modern web browsers, or you can use the Adobe reader.
  • You can download the Adobe reader from https://get.adobe.com/reader/
  • If an administrator would like to download the statement data in one file, an administrator can download a Cardholder Transaction Details Report into a PDF zip file as this will compile all cardholder transactions, notes and receipts into one file.
