(SELF-SERVICE) HOW TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD
Navigate to the login page: https://dashboard.pexcard.com/
Enter your username.
- If you have forgotten your username, click the link to receive a username reminder via email
An OTP code has been sent to your mobile device. Note: if you have more than one phone number saved in your profile, you will be able to choose which one should be used for verifying your identity.
When you receive the code, enter it in the “Secure Access Code” field.
- Do not enter any spaces or additional characters
- The code is valid for one time use only
- If you try to reset your password from a new device and you don`t receive “Secure Access Code”, please contact our Customer Support team.
On the “Reset password” page you are prompted to enter a new password and confirm it. Passwords must meet the following requirements:
- Must be min 8 characters in length
- Must contain at least one digit (0-9)
- Must not begin with a hash symbol (#)
- Palindromes (such as “123aba321”) will be rejected
- Must not contain your username

Login to https://dashboard.pexcard.com/
On the Team Members tab, find and click on the name of the cardholder whose password needs to be reset
