(SELF-SERVICE) HOW TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD

Navigate to the login page: https://dashboard.pexcard.com/

Click the link titled “Forgot your username or password”

Enter your username.
  • If you have forgotten your username, click the link to receive a username reminder via email

The password reset link has been sent to your email.

Check your email and follow the reset link.

Press the “Continue” button on the “Verify your identity” page.

An OTP code has been sent to your mobile device. Note: if you have more than one phone number saved in your profile, you will be able to choose which one should be used for verifying your identity.

When you receive the code, enter it in the “Secure Access Code” field.
  • Do not enter any spaces or additional characters
  • The code is valid for one time use only
  • If you try to reset your password from a new device and you don`t receive “Secure Access Code”, please contact our Customer Support team.

Click “Continue” to proceed.

On the “Reset password” page you are prompted to enter a new password and confirm it. Passwords must meet the following requirements:
  • Must be min 8 characters in length
  • Must contain at least one digit (0-9)
  • Must not begin with a hash symbol (#)
  • Palindromes (such as “123aba321”) will be rejected
  • Must not contain your username

(ADMINS ONLY) HOW TO RESET THE PASSWORD FOR ONE OF YOUR CARDHOLDER TEAM MEMBERS

On the Team Members tab, find and click on the name of the cardholder  whose password needs to be reset

Click on “Reset Password” button at the bottom of the page

Review the email address shown for the cardholder. Clicking the Reset Password button will trigger a temporary password to be sent to the email address shown on the cardholder’s profile
