How to Enable Multi-factor Authentication

Log into your PEX account via dashboard.pexcard.com site

Click on the avatar icon on the top right corner of your screen

Click “My Profile” from the drop down menu

Click the button to “Edit profile”

Click the button titled “Enable” to turn on multi-factor authentication

This will send a 6-digit code to your email inbox. You will then need to enter the 6-digit code into the Secure Access Code confirmation text box.

Click the “Confirm” button.
Note:If you did not receive the code, please check the email address on file. You can also click the link titled “I didn’t receive a code” to send another code via email.
