Note:Note: If you are the first or primary Administrator on a new account, please follow the instructions in your welcome email to activate your account. The instructions below only apply for additional Administrators added to an existing business account.
When new Administrators are added by the primary Administrator to a business, they will receive an email instructing them on how to activate their administrator account. Once completed, they will be able to gain access to the administrator site. If you have been invited to become an administrator for a PEX account, please follow the instructions below to activate your account.

Check your email inbox for an email with the subject line “Complete your PEX administrator account setup for” and your organization’s name
  • IMPORTANT: Before clicking any links in the email, confirm that the business name is correct and that the email was sent from noreply@pexcard.com
  • You should also see the name of the administrator who invited you in the body of the email

Click the button in the email titled “Activate account”
  • If the button does not work, copy and paste the URL in the email into a new browser window

Confirm your email, first name and last name

Confirm your address, or enter this information if it is blank

Confirm your four (4) digit year of birth, e.g., 1985, or enter this information if it is blank

Create a username
  • The username must be unique to any other username in the PEX database
  • The username can contain letters, numbers and some special characters (@, period, or underscore)
  • No spaces allowed

Choose a password and re-enter it
  • The password must be 8-11 characters
  • The password must contain letters, numbers, and special characters
  • No spaces allowed

Create a security question and answer
  • You can choose one of our security questions or write your own

Click the green “Submit” button
You should now have access to the PEX account for your organization.

Troubleshooting tips:

Received an error?
  • The link included in the account activation email will expire after 96 hours. If you see an error stating “Invite code expired or does not exist” please contact your business administrator and ask them to re-send the invitation. For convenience, the name of the business administrator who added you is included in the invitation email.
  • Address lines 1 and 2 must have 2+ characters to be accepted, single letter/number entries will trigger an error message.
  • Usernames must be unique in the PEX system. If you are receiving an error message, try an updated username as your chosen username may already be taken in the PEX system.
