Cardholders can also delete a receipt from the transaction through the dashboard site or the PEX mobile app. To download the PEX Mobile App:

How to delete a receipt via the mobile app:

Log in to the Mobile App

Click on the “Transactions” icon

Navigate to the merchant transaction

Click on the transaction

Click on the receipt image

Click “Delete” in the confirmation dialogue box

How to delete a receipt via the dashboard:

Log in to the Cardholder Site at https://dashboard.pexcard.com

Click “Transactions” in the left navigation

Navigate to the transaction

Hover over the receipt

To delete the receipt without reviewing it, click the “x” on the top right of the receipt

Click the green “Remove” button in the confirmation dialogue box

To review the receipt before you delete it, click the receipt image or the button “edit”

Click on the “Trash Can” icon to delete the receipt

Click the “Delete” button in the confirmation dialogue box
Deleting a receipt does not delete any associated transaction notes. Once you delete a receipt, you can attach a new file to the transaction.
