PEX Card Declines
When PEX declines a transaction, the decline is typically because of an insufficient fund balance on the card.
Your Administrator and PEX can verify the reason for all transaction declines.
Merchant Card Declines/ Invisible Declines
When a merchant declines a PEX card transaction that PEX has sent an approval for, unfortunately, neither your Administrator nor PEX can see exactly why the merchant declined it. A decline will not be visible for your Administrator nor PEX to review and the merchant must be contacted directly to determine why they have declined card.
