Administrators can deactivate this feature by navigating to the Dashboard and then clicking “Business Settings”. Deactivating this feature does not delete past requests, however, you and your cardholders will no longer be able to access any requests. If you do not see PEX Requests under business settings, your plan does not include this feature. To find your current plan, please see How to Find Your Plan and Available Product Features
Note:If you deactivate this feature and wish to re-enable it in the future, you will need to contact PEX customer support.

Disabling PEX Requests

Click the tab titled “Business settings” in the left navigation

Scroll down to the section titled “Settings” at the bottom of the page

Click the button titled “Edit”

Under “Funding Requests” click the radio button titled “Disable”

Click the button titled “Update” to save your settings
